The dollars at risk, by month.
List your largest customers, contracts, and dependencies — name, annual dollars, renewal month. Numbers you already have. The page returns four things: how much of your revenue sits with your top one, three, and five; a twelve-month calendar showing which months your dollars come up for renewal, and how much in each; the amounts you couldn’t put a month on — which is itself a finding; and the ranked list a lender or buyer would build first. Print it, put it in a board packet, or tape it to the wall.
Built for the CEO, CFO, or owner who knows the names but has never seen the dollars on a calendar. Ten minutes.
This is not a cash forecast. It places each listed annual amount on the next occurrence of its renewal month — the dollars at risk if that relationship does not continue. It does not spread the year and it does not read the ledger.
This is arithmetic you already have, arranged as a calendar. It is not the Financial & Operational Fragility Diagnostic. It is not computed from the general ledger. It cannot see contracts you did not list, concentration a buyer would re-cut in diligence, or what has already broken twice. A company can look fine on this page and still be fragile on a dimension this tool does not read.
